The programme for your team

Save money. Give your team the skills to do it themselves.

A first draft, email or short report needn’t always require outside help. We teach your people to prepare work with AI, check the result and use what they learn again.

Weekly summary

Summarise the practice notes for the team. Use these headings: completed, awaiting a decision, next step. Flag missing information. Do not fill gaps with guesses.

  • Clear task and format
  • No personal data
  • Checked against the source
The cost of waiting

The tool is paid for. The work is still slow.

Still waiting

  • Paying for small tasks

Your team waits for outside help with a first draft or short summary they could prepare themselves.

The cost: outside help for everyday work.
  • Everyone experiments alone

One person knows how to ask. Another spends time fixing an unclear answer. There is no shared way of working.

The cost: paid tools and time spent fixing outputs.
  • Answers go unchecked

Confident wording ends up in a quote or report before anyone checks the facts and figures.

The cost: errors in documents already sent.
Syllabus by role

Practice by role, built around your working day

We create and deliver the programme in Bulgarian. You choose modules around your team’s tasks. You get exercises, reusable templates and a record of who completed what.

One task, before and after
  1. Foundations for everyone

What the tool can do, where it fails and what must stay out of it. Every employee practises a task from their working day.

    Practice: an everyday task
  2. For people who write and summarise

Clear prompts, email drafts, summaries and reports. Your team gets templates and checks outputs before use.

    Takeaway: a clear prompt template
  3. For reviewers and managers

Check facts, figures and sources. Define when a person should reject an output and who makes the final decision.

    Takeaway: a review checklist
  4. For internal trainers

Prepare people to teach useful tasks to colleagues and maintain shared templates.

    Takeaway: someone to support colleagues
Example / One task, before and after

Turn a recurring report into a practical exercise

Before: a vague request

Choose the task

Make this week’s report.

Weekly summary

An office team prepares a weekly summary. We use practice data without staff or customer personal data.

During: a clear draft

Everyone prepares a draft

  • Source: practice notes
  • Format: done / pending / next
  • Review: facts against the source

Each employee writes a clear prompt, specifies a format and checks figures against the source.

After: ready to reuse

Keep a reusable template

Task → context → format → review

Final result owned by: a person on the team

The team keeps the prompt and a checklist. The next report starts there, with a person responsible for the final result.

After the programme

The work stays with your team. So does the way to repeat it.

For the people preparing the next report themselves: a starting point, review rules and a colleague to turn to.

Working templates

Saved prompts for emails, summaries and reports. Add the context for your next task.

Review checklist

Facts, figures, sources and personal data. A person reviews the output before it is used.

Training record

Who completed what, simple usage rules and an agreed contact for help afterwards.

Questions before you decide

Do people need technical experience?

Not for the introductory modules. We choose exercises around each role, experience level and the tools people already use.

What language is the training in?

We create and deliver the programme in Bulgarian. We agree the format and duration for your team before starting.

Does everyone take the same training?

You can start with a shared introductory module. Then choose only the parts needed by people who write, review, manage or train colleagues.

How does this relate to AI Act Article 4?

Article 4 requires measures to develop staff AI literacy in light of their experience and working context. It does not require a guaranteed level for each person. Training is one such measure.

What do people learn about personal data?

The practical GDPR rule is simple: staff do not paste staff or customer personal data into tools. Exercises use practice data.

The next task

Which task should your team be able to do themselves?

In the analysis at the start, I discuss with you the roles, the tools and the work that costs unnecessary time or outside help. Then I select the modules that fit.
